I have used this company on numerous occasions to resolve several gas boiler system problems.
The communication from start to finish has been second to none.
The office staff are efficient, polite and knowledgeable.
The engineer is professional, respectful, extremely experienced and offered options. He is polite, explained everything and treated me and my home with the upmost respect. He was also very tidy in his work and left my home as he found it.
The company is very reliable, they turn up on time and book your job in an allocated time slot, there’s no running between several jobs at the same time as yours, they stay until your job is completed.
There was no hard sell and their prices are more than fair.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
It’s rare to find a company that is faultless. So, if you’re looking for an excellent company that conducts boiler installations and system repairs I would recommend that you contact this company.

Needed an emergency gas engineer because a gas leak was detected at my property and the gas was shut off. The gas engineer arrived within 30min of contacting them, in the evening. Omar was very polite and helpful in explaining what he was doing, the issues he is detecting and options for resolving them. He was able to return the following morning and fix the problem. Our gas was back on by early mid-day. The rate was on the more expensive side, but given the quality of work and fast response, not to mention professionalism and politeness, I would highly recommend and will gladly use in the future as my go to gas specialist.

I had a problem with my Electric boiler which being woman on my own difficult to sort out. Omar was quick to pick up my enquiry and asked for images. He looked at them and rather than come out he spoke to me and assist me to reset the system. No costs for this just kindness, not taking for granted ripping people off a geniuine good company with good morals and really good service to there customers. Any further plumbing or heating issues i will definately recommend them.

It was 5 yrs ago I had just moved into my property. Within 2 weeks returned home to discover there was no heating or hot water. The only engineer who offered to attend was Omar. He arrived within 20 mins. After a short while he had everything up and running again.
I’ve remained with him ever since.
Omar recently installed my new boiler for me, most impressed with him and his outstanding work.
He is one of the most compassionate person you would ever care to meet.

I cannot recommend ActFast Solutions highly enough! We had a fair bit of work that needed doing today, and I am beyond impressed with the results.
Omar arrived promptly and was a total professional from start to finish. He fitted a brand-new radiator for us, which required some tricky adjustments to the existing pipework. His attention to detail was fantastic—the new setup looks incredibly neat and functions perfectly.
In addition to that, he removed our old bathroom radiator and replaced it with a sleek new towel radiator. It has completely transformed the look of the room! Omar worked efficiently, was extremely respectful of our home, and left everything spotless once the job was done.
It’s rare to find such high-quality workmanship paired with great customer service.

Great service from the initial phone call onwards. I particularly liked that my appointment was confirmed by text with another text sent nearer the time estimating how many minutes before Omar arrived enabling me to shut my dogs away prior to his arrival. Had an emergency error code on my boiler. No hot water, no heating.
Rang around a few places and Michelle was the only one to proactively try to get me booked in, despite ActFast being booked pretty solid. (Others simply told me they were booked up and to look elsewhere, if they got back to me at all.)
This was the first sign it'd be a good experience.
Got booked in for 2 days time. Comms on the day were great, with Michelle checking in on when I could expect the engineer.
Omar himself was great. Communicated proactively, and wasn't afraid to hold me accountable on where I'd been dropping the ball with maintenance. Gave plenty of great tips, and charged very honestly for what turned out to be a simple problem.
Overall, great experience, and will be using ActFast going forward for servicing and anything else that comes up.

Salutation if you want professionalism and honesty look no further. Act Fast just as the name suggests not only did he resolve the boiler issue but infomed and showed me why it happened which gives me the info to undertake domestic maintenance prolonging the boilers life.He took me through the manual explaining why the part is needed. He matriculation is reassuring.

We honestly couldn’t recommend ActFast enough! From start to finish the service has been absolutely fantastic. Michelle was brilliant on the admin side – so friendly, kind and efficient in organising everything so quickly for us. When Omar came to fix our boiler, he was just as amazing.
What we thought was a small issue turned out to be a bigger problem, but Omar went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted properly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us the best possible price, and even carried out a full service on our boiler when he wasn’t booked in to do so. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were left with everything working perfectly.

Engaged Act Fast Solutions Ltd for installing a 2 ton (7.1 kw) Diakin AC after having a detailed technical discussion with its owner Omar, who appeared highly professional, possessing sound technical knowledge and vast relevant experience. His 3-member team (led by himself) arrived on time and completed the job very professionally, complying to relevant standards and work practices, while operating within the given space/ routing constraints at the site. I have a 25-year-old heating system and wanted to bring it up to a modern standard, have it serviced and have confidence it would remain reliable.
My first problem was how to locate someone I could rely on and trust. I went onto Which Trusted Trader and selected Omar as both local and with a high reviews rating.
Omar came out to survey the system and provide his recommendations, clearly explaining why he recommended each element of work as well as why he would not recommend other aspects of work as unnecessary.
I was left feeling it safe to engage Omar and did not seek other quotes – and what a good decision that was!
The scope of work included replacing 3 radiators and all old thermostatic radiator valves, the heating pump, 3-port valve and a shower pump. Also included was a chemical and power flush of the system, installation of a magnetic filter, and a full strip down service of the boiler. Also included was the replacement of various gate valves with ball valves.
Omar carried out all the work to a high standard, being professionally competent, conscientious and thorough in his work, almost obsessively so. On the first day he started at 8:15am and did not leave until 7:30pm to ensure he left us with water overnight.
I found it reassuring how he was at pains to show me each step of the work he had carried out so that I understood the standard of system he would leave me with.
Would I use Omar again – absolutely, without hesitation.

I couldn’t be happier I called! We initially had another engineer round to help fix our boiler after the heating and hot water had gone. After multiple visits and hours trying to diagnose the problem they told us we needed a power flush and probably a new boiler which would have cost thousands. Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year.
The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue.
As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were.
He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

We didn't have any cold water from the upstairs taps and the toilets weren't filling. Omar responded quickly to my enquiry. He was able to diagnose and fix an air lock. He was happy to take the time to talk me through how to fix it (should it happen again).

I have used this company on numerous occasions to resolve several gas boiler system problems.
The communication from start to finish has been second to none.
The office staff are efficient, polite and knowledgeable.
The engineer is professional, respectful, extremely experienced and offered options. He is polite, explained everything and treated me and my home with the upmost respect. He was also very tidy in his work and left my home as he found it.
The company is very reliable, they turn up on time and book your job in an allocated time slot, there’s no running between several jobs at the same time as yours, they stay until your job is completed.
There was no hard sell and their prices are more than fair.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
It’s rare to find a company that is faultless. So, if you’re looking for an excellent company that conducts boiler installations and system repairs I would recommend that you contact this company.

Needed an emergency gas engineer because a gas leak was detected at my property and the gas was shut off. The gas engineer arrived within 30min of contacting them, in the evening. Omar was very polite and helpful in explaining what he was doing, the issues he is detecting and options for resolving them. He was able to return the following morning and fix the problem. Our gas was back on by early mid-day. The rate was on the more expensive side, but given the quality of work and fast response, not to mention professionalism and politeness, I would highly recommend and will gladly use in the future as my go to gas specialist.

I had a problem with my Electric boiler which being woman on my own difficult to sort out. Omar was quick to pick up my enquiry and asked for images. He looked at them and rather than come out he spoke to me and assist me to reset the system. No costs for this just kindness, not taking for granted ripping people off a geniuine good company with good morals and really good service to there customers. It was 5 yrs ago I had just moved into my property. Within 2 weeks returned home to discover there was no heating or hot water. The only engineer who offered to attend was Omar. He arrived within 20 mins. After a short while he had everything up and running again.
I’ve remained with him ever since.

Omar arrived promptly and was a total professional from start to finish. He fitted a brand-new radiator for us, which required some tricky adjustments to the existing pipework. His attention to detail was fantastic—the new setup looks incredibly neat and functions perfectly.
In addition to that, he removed our old bathroom radiator and replaced it with a sleek new towel radiator. It has completely transformed the look of the room! Omar worked efficiently, was extremely respectful of our home, and left everything spotless once the job was done.

Great service from the initial phone call onwards. I particularly liked that my appointment was confirmed by text with another text sent nearer the time estimating how many minutes before Omar arrived enabling me to shut my dogs away prior to his arrival. Had an emergency error code on my boiler. No hot water, no heating.
Rang around a few places and Michelle was the only one to proactively try to get me booked in, despite ActFast being booked pretty solid. (Others simply told me they were booked up and to look elsewhere, if they got back to me at all.)
This was the first sign it'd be a good experience.
Got booked in for 2 days time. Comms on the day were great, with Michelle checking in on when I could expect the engineer.
Omar himself was great. Communicated proactively, and wasn't afraid to hold me accountable on where I'd been dropping the ball with maintenance. Gave plenty of great tips, and charged very honestly for what turned out to be a simple problem.
Overall, great experience, and will be using ActFast going forward for servicing and anything else that comes up.

Act Fast just as the name suggests not only did he resolve the boiler issue but infomed and showed me why it happened which gives me the info to undertake domestic maintenance prolonging the boilers life.He took me through the manual explaining why the part is needed. We honestly couldn’t recommend ActFast enough! From start to finish the service has been absolutely fantastic. Michelle was brilliant on the admin side – so friendly, kind and efficient in organising everything so quickly for us. When Omar came to fix our boiler, he was just as amazing.
What we thought was a small issue turned out to be a bigger problem, but Omar went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted properly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us the best possible price, and even carried out a full service on our boiler when he wasn’t booked in to do so. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were left with everything working perfectly.

We phoned actfast Solutions yesterday Omar came out today what a nice bloke he explained everything about our boiler and thermostatic control.He advised a carbonmon monixed monitor which we ordered.When he left we felt so happy and confident.Would highly recommend this company

Engaged Act Fast Solutions Ltd for installing a 2 ton (7.1 kw) Diakin AC after having a detailed technical discussion with its owner Omar, who appeared highly professional, possessing sound technical knowledge and vast relevant experience. His 3-member team (led by himself) arrived on time and completed the job very professionally, complying to relevant standards and work practices, while operating within the given space/ routing constraints at the site. I was fully satisfied with the high quality of their work and would have no hesitation in engaging them again when needed, even though they were bit more expensive than their competitors.

Having decided on getting air conditioning installed , Omar supplied a quote the following day of doing the survey. He started the job promptly on the agreed day and continued to the completion of the neat installation the following day. He diligently applied attention to detail and left all rooms and garden clean and tidy. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend him. A very reliable and trustworthy person.

I have a 25-year-old heating system and wanted to bring it up to a modern standard, have it serviced and have confidence it would remain reliable.
My first problem was how to locate someone I could rely on and trust. I went onto Which Trusted Trader and selected Omar as both local and with a high reviews rating.
Omar came out to survey the system and provide his recommendations, clearly explaining why he recommended each element of work as well as why he would not recommend other aspects of work as unnecessary.
I was left feeling it safe to engage Omar and did not seek other quotes – and what a good decision that was!
The scope of work included replacing 3 radiators and all old thermostatic radiator valves, the heating pump, 3-port valve and a shower pump. Also included was a chemical and power flush of the system, installation of a magnetic filter, and a full strip down service of the boiler. Also included was the replacement of various gate valves with ball valves.
Omar carried out all the work to a high standard, being professionally competent, conscientious and thorough in his work, almost obsessively so. On the first day he started at 8:15am and did not leave until 7:30pm to ensure he left us with water overnight.
I found it reassuring how he was at pains to show me each step of the work he had carried out so that I understood the standard of system he would leave me with.
Would I use Omar again – absolutely, without hesitation.

I couldn’t be happier I called! We initially had another engineer round to help fix our boiler after the heating and hot water had gone. After multiple visits and hours trying to diagnose the problem they told us we needed a power flush and probably a new boiler which would have cost thousands. Omar arrived and in no time at all has found the issue and resolved it. Would very highly recommend! Thanks again Omar!

Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year.
The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue.
As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were.
He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

We didn't have any cold water from the upstairs taps and the toilets weren't filling. Omar responded quickly to my enquiry. He was able to diagnose and fix an air lock. He was happy to take the time to talk me through how to fix it (should it happen again).
