I couldn’t be happier I called! We initially had another engineer round to help fix our boiler after the heating and hot water had gone. After multiple visits and hours trying to diagnose the problem they told us we needed a power flush and probably a new boiler which would have cost thousands. Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year.The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue.As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were.He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

We didn't have any cold water from the upstairs taps and the toilets weren't filling. Omar responded quickly to my enquiry. He was able to diagnose and fix an air lock. He was happy to take the time to talk me through how to fix it (should it happen again).Thank you Omar.
