I couldn’t be happier I called! We initially had another engineer round to help fix our boiler after the heating and hot water had gone. Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year.The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue.As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. We didn't have any cold water from the upstairs taps and the toilets weren't filling. Omar responded quickly to my enquiry. He was able to diagnose and fix an air lock. He was happy to take the time to talk me through how to fix it (should it happen again).Thank you Omar.
